You won’t be trapped in a long-term lease agreement, nor will you have to make a large cash outlay to purchase a copier or printer. With a rental agreement, you can change to a smaller or larger machine without penalty−no lease-termination and equipment-removal fees−or if you no longer require the unit, you may cancel the agreement with thirty days’ notice.
No matter what kind of copier or printer you need, UIC Copiers has the unit for you:
- Approximately 40 models of Canon and Sharp monochrome copiers, ranging in speed from 16 to 110 copies a minute
- Approximately 40 models of Canon and Sharp color copiers
- Approximately 40 models of Canon, Kyocera, and Sharp monochrome and color printers.
With UIC Copiers, you benefit from the two best guarantees in the office-technology business:
Service: If technicians don’t arrive within four business hours after you’ve called for service on an inoperable copier or printer, your monthly rental fee is waived.
Backup: If you can’t meet a deadline because your copier or printer is down, UIC Copying will produce and deliver your job for free. We also have a supply of toner cartridges on campus for emergencies.
